ipv6 on tsl 3.0.5 experiences

Hello List,

i'm running a small network with a cisco(12.3.22) as router, a
w2k-pc(svp4+ipv6-tech-preview) as workstation an a tsl 3.0.5-box as server.
I introduced ipv6 to this network an made some experinces with v6 on tsl
and have some questions on this topic.
I'd be glad for getting some hints.

*Basic-configuration, routing, secondary ip, etc.
-> worked well as described in the docs

*Basic tools
?? i can't find some basic-tools like telnet or ftp in an ipv6-Version.
I had to compile the "gnu inetutils 1.5" myself or had to install lftp.
Syslogd seems to be v4-only. Where to get an v6-Source for syslog? Other
basics (ssh, xinetd, ping6, traceroute, tracepath, wget) work with v6.
Are there really some v6-tools missing or can't i just find them?

*tcpdump + libpcap
?? are there newer rpm's availeable? The actual versions can capture
ipv6-packets but have problems to decode them correctly (e.g. icmpv6 is
not understood). tcpdump 3.9.5 works.

*vsftpd
?? I hat to start vsftpd twice for listening on a v4-address an on a
v6-address (listen vs. listen_v6). Do you think two running vsftpd's can
make problems when accessing the same files?

*Apache, Sendmail
-> Apache, Sendmail, are installed from the tsl-rpms an work :-)

*bind
?? Bind ist installed from the tsl-rpm and works fine. The actual
version 9.4 contains some features (like auto-generated reverse-zones)
which are very comfotable. There's a problem in the start-skript, which
generates the jail (see extra posting). Is there a new rpm planned?

*ntp
?? works, but i can't find a option to choose a fixed outgoing-(v4- or
v6-)address from my secondary-addresses. Does someone know?

Thanks, Florian
